This is such an exciting project. Access to hygiene and cleanliness services and material are typically only delivered in a bundle of goods that includes housing. This bundling raises the cost ($ and opportunity cost) to enter the market for cleanliness. Making these buses available grants people who don't have the ability to consume the relatively massive and very regulated bundle of goods and services ("RENT+UTILITIES") is an elegant solution to this indignity forced on people facing homelessness.
